Dune Vista Cottage is located just 1 (one) km from one of the most scenic sections of the historic Confederation Trail from Morell to St. Peter’s Bay, a distance of 12 km. Built on the decommissioned railway line, stretching across the island from west to east, a total distance of 273 km, the trail is ideally located for our guests to enjoy and explore on foot or by bike. The gradients along this tumbled stone dust trail never exceed two percent, making it suitable for all fitness levels. There are nearly 250 bilingual interpretive signs along the route to help explain the flora and fauna and history of the area.
