About this experience
Learn about cider apple varieties and what we do to discover the ideal cider apple by foraging wild apples. You will walk through our barrel-room for a glimpse of our cider making process. We will kick-off each tour by gathering at The Terrace for a brief introduction and raise a glass with a sampling one of our ciders and then reconvene to mark the end of the tour with a guided tasting through a specially curated flight led by our tasting room manager. Tours are regularly scheduled.
Your Host
Sebastian is the owner of the Double Hill Cidery. He fell in love with ciders while living in France. His approach to cider making is marked by his German/Italian roots and the years he spend in France and Spain. He has infused these traditions with the creativity and exuberance of the craft beverage movement in Canada.
