Souris Sauces is an artisan, small batch producer of Salsas, Hot Sauces, Mustard Pickle, Pepper Jellies, Jams, Chow, Candy Jalapeno, Pickles and other preserves. Our sauces and preserves are made with produce grown on our small farm in Souris West – from tomatoes to strawberries to HOT Carolina Reaper Peppers! Each batch is made onsite in our commercial kitchen – literally “from seed to salsa!” Each jar we produce reflects the love we have our beautiful seaside community!
From May 1 to December 24 of each year, our store (Sauce Shack) is open, selling Souris Sauces product and a variety of locally crafted gifts. Saucy Jim and Sidekick Josee love having visitors and showing off our dazzling array of peppers grown.

We do not use any pesticides or inorganic fertilizers for our crops nor do we use any “chemical” preservatives in any of our products.
In addition to tomatoes, cucumber etc., we grow pumpkins and other squashes (pumpkins used as a natural thickening agent in our hot sauces). These are available for picking in the fall.
