The Ultimate Chef’s Table

Guests will enjoy a culinary takeover at Mysa Nordic Spa on St. Peter’s Bay, with food tastings on the spa grounds, cocktail stations, live music, and a seated 8-course dinner in the evening!

Renowned Chefs from the Atlantic provinces curate a unique dining experience, complemented by the spa’s thermal baths and saunas. Throughout the day, guests will be encouraged to enjoy food samples as each chef creates a unique food offering, two stations at a time, every hour leading up to dinner. Food stations will be setup throughout Mysa including inside the comfortable lounge in the main building, to inside the Mysa greenhouse, to the open-fire platform located near the cold water pool.

The evening features an exquisite eight-course menu paired with carefully selected wine, beer and cocktail pairings, creating a harmonious blend of flavours. Optional overnight packages offer added perks, ensuring a memorable stay in Mysa’s renovated cottages.

Guest joining the The Ultimate Chef’s Table on September 28th can begin to enjoy the thermal experience at 12:00pm. The Ultimate Chef’s Table begins at 7:45 p.m. in the main dining area.

In addition to the dinner and thermal experience with robe, The Curated Overnight Stay includes an overnight stay in a double-occupancy cottage for one night, two thermal experience passes, two seats for dinner, and two seats for brunch the next morning. $899+tax.

*Note that the spa will be closed to the general public on the 28th, allowing exclusive access to dinner guests.
