The Comité acadien et francophone de l'Est is the organization that represents the interests of the Acadian and francophone people of the Kings-Est region, Prince Edward Island. The Comité acadien et francophone de l’Est looks to regroup these Acadians et francophones, to create a link and opportunities to collaborate with the municipalities, buisinesses and local organisation in order to concentrate efforts in creating common outlooks all while creating lasting partnerships, and to offer opportunities to "live in French" through activities meant to immerse its participants, both francophone  and anglophone, in the French language and cultures.

The Comité acadien et francophone de l’Est's mission is essentially to develop and promote community services, and to represent the cultural, historical, economical, educational and political interests of the Acadian and francophone population in the Kings-Est region. 

The Acadian and French community of the Kings-Est region proudly affirms its title as a partner in the larger Acadian and French community of Prince-Edward-Island by embracing its history and its successes. It is surrounded by the ideal environnement for cultural and socio-economical development in French and, with the future in its sights, aims for durable development, all while privileging partnerships.
