On The Rocks, Cottage overlooks the everchanging canvas of Cardigan Bay and Newport Harbour, complete with mussel harvesters, lobster fishers, and many species of birds and sea life.
For a peaceful, relaxing vacation, we offer a newly built cottage that features an upstairs and full downstairs with a BBQ, laundry, a fully equipped kitchen for five people, 2 bathrooms, a living room, and 3 bedrooms. Our cottage features, air conditioning, high-speed internet, smart TV, and blue tooth speaker.
We offer many unique amenities, screened in gazebo, seal watch from our kayaks, dig clams right at our beach, fish off the Newport wharf, swim in warm sheltered waters, snorkel to view lobsters, and watch stunning PEI sunrises and sunsets.
The house also has outdoor security cameras and padlocked entrance for your safety and peace of mind.
Maximum occupancy is five.
While here, you will have staired access to the beach below our property, to sit and relax with your feet in the water.
If white sandy beaches are your preference, you are only a short drive away. My local favorite is nestled behind the Historical Launching Harbour only 13 minutes away. On The Rocks Cottage is approximately 40 minutes from Basin Head Provincial Beach (awarded Canada’s #1 beach in 2013) and 40 minutes from Panmure Island Provincial Beach and Lighthouse.

World Class Golfing is only 15 minutes away at Brudenell River and Dundarave Provincial Golf Courses.
With less than a 5–10-minute car ride, you have everything from local five-star restaurants including, Cardigan’s (Clamdiggers) and Georgetown’s (Wheelhouse) with Island seafood cuisine. Sea adventures sets sails daily from Georgetown and Montague Harbours offering many experiential adventures from giant bar clam digging, starfish hunting, and deep-sea fishing.
