At the end of a private lane, this sunny cottage is the peaceful getaway you’ve been looking for. A single bedroom with an enclosed sun deck sleeps 4 comfortably, thanks to the sleeper couch in the main living room. Centrally located: Walking distance to a quiet, white sand beach; 10 mins. to The Links at Crowbush Cove Golf Course–a Golf Digest five-star rated course; 8 mins. to Morell (nearest town with: grocery store, gas station, restaurants); 30 mins. to Charlottetown. Close to attractions like Greenwich National Park (home to Prince Edward Island’s largest sand dunes and beautiful nature trails), MYSA Nordic Spa (2023 & 2024 Spas of America’s Top 100 Spas), and The Shops at St. Peters Landing. We have been inspected by Tourism PEI and are fully licensed (License #2301246) and have earned a 3.5-star rating from Canada Select.

The Space:

Stukely Cottage has 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, a media/entertainment floor including a dedicated office space, 2 decks, and an enclosed screened-in porch. The cottage also features Wi-Fi.

On the sunny main floor, the primary bedroom has a queen size bed with pillow top mattress, a dresser, and a large walk-in closet including storage and a washer/dryer. For additional guests, the sofa bed in the living room sleeps 2 people comfortably. There is also 1 full bathroom on the main floor featuring a toilet, sink/vanity and shower.

The kitchen and living room are a combined, open concept with vaulted ceilings, a ceiling fan and for seating there is a couch, accent chairs, and an island with stools. Off the kitchen, is a bright, screened-in, sunroom with a dining room table that seats 4-6. There is also a small sitting area perfect for a reading nook as well as beach essentials (towels, chairs, umbrellas and a cooler) and another ceiling fan.

In the lower level you can unwind in the entertainment space which includes 2 comfortable leather couches, a Smart TV with guest mode so you can sign into your own apps to watch your content, an electric fireplace and a dedicated office space. An additional half bathroom with a toilet and sink/vanity is on this level. There is also a guitar and a beanbag for anyone who wants to chill!

Have your morning coffee or evening glass of wine sitting on the cozy front deck in the Muskoka chairs or on the large back deck (which includes a small propane BBQ, outdoor dining furniture and a relaxing hammock) where you can listen to the ocean waves. After your visit to the beach, there is an outdoor shower located on the side of the cottage.

Guest access
The entire cottage and property is yours to enjoy for your stay.

Other things to note
We are a dog friendly cottage and allow 1-2 dogs (no cats). Dog bed and dishes provided. Dogs must be supervised at all times. Do not leave them in the cottage, or tied outside unattended. Dogs must be on leash at all times (including on the beach). This is a quiet cottage subdivision so please be respectful of neighbors!
