A newer cottage on the Pinette River. It has 2 decks of the first level with an outdoor shower for using when you return from the beach which is about 5 walking minutes away. On the first floor, there is a bedroom, full bath, washer and dryer, sunroom, kitchen, living room and dining area. On the second level, you will find a bedroom with queen size bed and one with a double bed, a 1/2 bath that is shared from these rooms. Off the hall on second level is a patio. A great place to watch the stars. Outdoors you will have a fire pit, swing set and a few small toys for children. Overnight guests allowed with an extra cost Thermo heat/air condition/internet. Quite and peaceful. Short walk to the beach. 15 minute drive to restaurant etc. Weekly Rental Only and no pets.
