Chef Michael’s FireWorks Feast is prepared from vegetables grown on the inn's own Culinary farm and from live fire entirely served from a variety of outdoor fire stations and inside the Fire Kitchen. There is so much to discover, from the woodland trails, front lawn herb gardens to the Mushroom Patch, the Lookout and everything in between. You and your guests are invited to a true farm-to-fire-to-fork experience.

The Inn at Fortune Bridge The Inn at Fortune Bridge is nestled on the banks of the Fortune River mere moments from their sister property, The Inn at Bay Fortune. The whimsical six-room boutique inn has been created from the community’s historic general store and Johnson family home. After an extensive renovation, The Inn at Fortune Bridge’s beautiful property has become one of Prince Edward Island’s leading country inns. Each evening The Inn at Fortune Bridge offers their guests complimentary chauffeur service in their classic automobile to the FireWorks Feast at The Inn at Bay Fortune.

Overnight guests at both properties automatically have a reserved seat at The FireWorks Feast. Room rates include a gourmet breakfast.

The FireWorks Feast “What happens when a farm and a kitchen become one?”

Voted one of Canada's 100 Best Restaurants, The FireWorks is named after Chef Michael Smith's 25-foot brick-lined, wood-burning, fire-breathing beast that anchors the nightly Feast at The Inn at Bay Fortune in Fortune, Prince Edward Island. The Fire Brigade creates a new menu daily using ingredients from The Inn at Bay Fortune’s culinary farm and herb gardens and showcases a myriad of locally sourced flavours.

The Culinary Farm Tour starts at 5:00 pm, Oyster Hour at 6:00 pm and The FireWorks Feast at 7:00 pm.

The Inn at Bay Fortune features its own cookbook, Lookout, Fire Garden, experimental chefs garden, immersive forest trails with natural art sculptures, Mushroom Patch, Apple Orchard and many other features. Plus a flock of free-range hens so guests can enjoy farm-fresh eggs for breakfast!

Join us for a relaxing getaway and our immersive farm-to-table dining experience. Each evening the Inn's guarantees seats at the FireWorks Feast for all overnight guests.

There is a limited number of seats available for visitors from off the property. Waitlists for dining only are accepted.

The FireWorks Feast is served nightly from May 19 to October 15, 2023 $235 per person, plus tax, including service.
