This two night, three day retreat is a chance to embrace change, while being cared for at Nature Space Resort. One thing in life is certain, and this is that things are constantly changing. And change can be both hard and beautiful. As we move into Spring, it is the perfect time to look to transitions in nature and within ourselves, all while being nourished by amazing food, sound experiences, and movement and meditation practices. During the retreat you will experience:
A two night stay in your own authentic Mongolian yurt with a private hot tub and wood fireplace
The loft is available for an additional $50/night + tax fee if you prefer a more traditional accommodation
Yin Yoga and Vinyasa yoga practices based around the theme of transitions with Heather
A Kundalini practice based around the theme of transitions with Monica Lacey from Inner Harmonics Yoga
The healing power of a sound bath with Trevor Grant from SoundEscapes
A chance to explore nature in our Forest Bathing meditative walk
Amazing food prepared onsite with local ingredients including 2 suppers, 2 breakfasts and 1 lunch and all snacks - let us take care of you!
A focus on wellness through yoga, breath work, and mindfulness meditations and exercises, including daily yoga
Restorative healing through connecting to nature in a unique setting with Mongolian yurts, hot tubs, a sauna, and a chance to explore the natural elements on our trails, meditation labyrinth, and our lakeside setting

This is for the retreat fee only and this is the registration for off-site participants and for those staying on-site. If you are wanting accommodations, please complete this registration for the retreat and then let us know in the notes, which accommodation option that best suits your group. You will be invoiced separately for the accommodation of your choosing.
