Join fisherman Jim Conohan as he prepares fresh mussels from the river and explains how PEI has become the largest producer of mussels in North America. You'll help him clean them and then he'll cook them along with a 1 1/4 pound lobster.
Add in potato salad and a roll and you have a traditional Island lobster supper in a beautiful setting. We'll provide water with dinner but you're welcome to bring your own wine, beer or soft drinks if you like.
